This rental is “Rustic” having been built in 1972 with some updates along the way. The home is perfectly comfortable with all new furniture (comfy mattresses), updated kitchen and strong wifi/cable/. However, do not expect perfection. For example the sun deck is not painted and rough and the windows and drapery could use updating. and there are light wood/carpet stains. But we assure you the house is clean. This rental is priced the same as a much smaller 1200 sq ft. 3 bedroom home close by and not “on” the beach.

The main floor is upstairs with 2 en-suite King beds. The lower first floor has 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom (2 singles and 1 Queen). The Queen bedroom is sliding glass doors encased in the garage with a view of the pool. You would never know. The pool is solar warmed with a cover but has no electric heating.

From the upper sun deck you can see a bit of the glistening waters of the ocean and a private path in the back yard leads to the water about 250 yards away.
